So I'm trying something new on the podcast. It's called This or That, and it's exactly what it sounds like. I give you a couple of questions and my quick, honest take on which one I'd pick!

One of the questions was about photos. Cozy autumn photo shoot, or just your regular headshots?

Here's the thing...I see this allll the time. (And I bet you do too) Someone has the same headshots up for two or three years, and even when the business itself is thriving, the photos start to make it look frozen in time.

A seasonal refresh fixes that fast, and it doesn't need to be a big production. No photographer, no seven hour brand shoot required. A cozy sweater, some natural light, maybe a coffee shop, and a few pictures on your iPhone is plenty. The goal is freshness, not perfection.
