can you actually use your website

Hi Reader!

So… I want to tell you about a client I worked with not long ago.

Established business. Recognized brand. Years in the industry. But every time something on their website needed to change, a new brand added, an asset swapped out, it was a whole production. A back and forth. A to-do that kept getting pushed.

P.S. Before your next website project, ask your designer: what will it take to update a page after we launch? If they don't have a clear answer, that's your signal.
