Hi Reader! I recorded this year's episodes one at a time, never really knowing which ones would land. So a few weeks ago, I had Claude pull the real numbers. Not what I thought people liked. What you actually listened to, shared, and came back to. Here's what I discovered. The top 5 episodes were about proof. Proof that a website is working, or a clear next step if it isn't. The episode on website ROI beat almost everything else, and it wasn't because I gave a magic number. It was because I finally said out loud what I actually believe. Your website isn't like an ad you switch on and measure in a week. It's more like an employee you hire and nurture, one that eventually becomes worth far more than what you put into it. And the episode that ended up being the most listened to all year wasn't even a teaching episode. It was a ten minute audit. Tap your own mobile menu. Read your own headline like a stranger would. Time how long it takes to find your contact info.
