Hey Reader! I've been working really hard these last few weeks to really simply where I am spending my time. This means staying off of social media as much as possible and focusing on what lights me up. Working with my clients and my podcast. ❤️ I think we could all benefit from a reminder that simple is best. And this also applies to your website. Simplicity is one of my core values — it's in even my podcast title, Website Design Made Simple. So today, I thought I'd share a few ways to put this in action on your website. ✅ 1. Streamline That Navigation Can you get it down to 5 items or less? (Yes, you can!) ✅ 2. Clear Over Clever Copy Speak directly to your ideal client - no fluff needed ✅ 3. One Strong Call-to-Action Guide visitors with ONE clear next step (is it book a call? join your membership? fill out your form?) ✅ 4. Remove the Extra If it doesn't help convert, does it need to be there? What can you remove? ✅ 5. Mobile-First Thinking Keep it super simple for phone viewers, I even tend to hide extra graphics of "fluff" so mobile users can get right to the point! This week on the podcast, I'm breaking down the power of simplicity! 🎤 Why Simple Websites Convert Better Than Fancy Ones [Ep 061] 🌟 SPECIAL ANNOUNCEMENT! 🌟 Join us for The Small Business Online Makeover Workshop!
