cold visitors don't fill in the blanks

Hi Reader!

Something exciting is happening on June 3 and I want you to be there.

I am hosting a free 60-minute live workshop where we will audit a real homepage together, using AI, in real time. You will walk away with a prompt handout you can use on your own site that same day.

Come curious. Leave with something you can actually use.

Now, on to this week's story.I had a coaching call recently with a service-based business owner who had everything going for her.

Strong offer. Loyal clients. The kind of word of mouth most business owners dream about. You could talk to her for two minutes and immediately understand why people kept coming back.

But her website wasn't bringing in anyone new.

And here's the thing. It wasn't bad copy. It wasn't a broken contact form. It was that when a total stranger landed on her site, they had to work too hard to figure out what she did, who it was for, and what to do next.

Cold visitors don't do that work. They just leave.

This week's episode is for anyone who has a genuinely great business but a website that isn't reflecting that to people who've never heard of you before. I walk through five specific reasons a good website still doesn't convert — and where to start if any of this sounds familiar.

The good news? It's probably a lot closer to working than you think.

Listen here: Why Your Website Is Not Converting Even Though You Offer Great Services

You've got this,

P.S. If you have been wondering why your website is not bringing in new people, let's figure it out together. A coaching call might be exactly what you need.
