The story Elise ran a dog walking business for over 10 years. Her domain, EliseDogWalking.com, was everywhere. Business cards, flyers, her email signature, Google, Yelp, everywhere. When her designer offered a monthly care plan to handle tech stuff, she declined. “I can handle this myself.” Then the renewal emails started coming. She was busy. They got buried.
